When you contact us, buy a Leadership Energies Profile or register interest in a future route, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, organisation, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, and what you tell us about your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to provide what you have asked for and, where you have registered interest, to keep you updated about that route. We do not sell your information.
Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, on contract where you buy a product or service from us, and on your consent where you register for updates. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to host this website, handle forms, take payments and manage our client relationships. They process information on our behalf and only as we instruct.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any work that follows, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
